Baku has a great history and culture. I am sure that we will enjoy Azeri hospitality. The official languages of the congress will be English and the speakers are free to make their speeches in Russian with simultaneous translation as well.
There is no doubt that your enthusiasm, your scientific achievements and your willingness to share your best and newest research results will make the Isfahan meeting an outstanding success. After all, I would like to express my best regards on behalf of the Administrative Board.
